Compensation
New starting First Officer pay rates: $100 hour on the CRJ900/E175 and first year captain pay on CRJ900/E175 $150/hr to $215/hr.
All pilots who have left since 6/15/2022 can come back with their seniority until 12/15/2022 subject to company approval.
The company will provide longevity matching to all 135/121 experienced pilots.
Mesa Airlines provides an expedited pathway to many career building opportunities such as experience on the 737, instructor positions, and management experience!
